This BBVA has about 5 ATM's 2 of them are also for deposits also. There's underground parking although I think you have to have your ticket stamped in order for it to be free or for a discount.
Horrible cashier service, very slow than at the IMSS, more than 1 hour to wait for a cashier to clear up, don't waste your time and look for another branch if you have to do the cashiering process. Required a certified cashier seal. Thank you very much for your unhelpful response to this situation. Updating, I arrived looking for advice from executives, 1 as always solving internal problems before serving a client, another 2 super slow and there was only 1 person ahead of me, again terrible service in this branch. Favorites or just being very lucky to be treated properly. If I could I would give it 0 stars
Very bad attention, they invent things when you ask for clarifications, sums made that do not add up. Focus on improving the quality of care, in the first instance I would point out the following aspects:
- Proactivity
- Knowledge of issues that cause imbalances in account statements
- Customer Support
